Return Policy

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our Customer Service.

Returns must be done within 7-10 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

Requirements for returns are as follows:

1. Proof of purchase (Sales invoice number and receipt).

2. Return in the good condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.

3. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

Our customer service will verify the return reason. ITSU will conduct an evaluation within 10 days starting from the day we received your returned items.

If the return is valid, we will process the refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer Service at +603-78903366.

If the return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Retail Shop Shipping Policy

For the purchase of products other than the Massage Chair, delivery is not provided.

Shipping charges apply if you request for delivery.

Massage chair delivery

1. Benefit from 1st-time FREE Delivery. Applicable for shipping within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

2. The delivery arrangement will take up to 7-10 working days from date of confirmation for delivery.

3. All massage chairs delivery to all islands for example Pulau Ketam, Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, etc (except Pulau Penang) will incur a shipping charges.

We reserve the right to impose additional shipping charges for 2nd Delivery if you reschedule during/after the delivery arrangement has been made; failed to receive 1st delivery or request 2nd delivery to the same/other location.

Unclaimed Purchased Product

1. We can store your unclaimed purchased product up to 6 months only

2. We reserve the right to impose a fixed RM 200 per month as storage charges from the 6 months onwards; OR forfeit the goods/full payment paid/deposits paid.

Online Shipping Policy

Applicable for shipping within West Malaysia Only

Massage Chair

c. All massage chairs delivery to all islands for example Pulau Ketam, Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, etc (except Pulau Penang) will incur a shipping charge.

For the purchase of products other than the Massage Chair

a. Delivery is typically made within 7 working days after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability.

b. It is necessary for you to provide a complete shipping address where someone is available to receive and acknowledge the parcel. Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries.

c. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

d.If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the parcel at time of delivery, the courier company will arrange with you for a 2nd delivery or to be picked up at their branch. If the 2nd delivery failed, the parcel will be returned to ITSU HQ & new shipping charges will apply for the 3rd delivery.
